Collecting messages is free. Playing them at your event costs $79.99, once, for that event. Don't send anything illegal, cruel, or that isn't yours to send. Keep your private link private — we can't recover it. Everything is deleted ten days after the event, so download your album before then.
Celebrer is published by One Last Job (ABN 77 839 048 440), based in Victoria, Australia. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean One Last Job, and "you" means anyone using the service.
By creating an event or adding a message, you're agreeing to these terms.
You create an event, share one link with your guests, and they add a message and a photo. At the event, it all plays full screen with music underneath.
Collecting messages is free. Create the event, share the link, and gather as many messages and photos as you like without paying anything.
Playing the show costs $79.99. One payment, for that one event. It unlocks the full-screen show and the album download — every photo and every message in a single file you keep. The price is shown on the page where you create the event, before you or your guests put any work in.
If the show doesn't work on the night, we refund it. That's the promise on the payment screen and we mean it. Email hello@celebrer.app and tell us what happened.
We don't refund a change of mind — if you paid, played the show and simply decided you'd rather not have, that's not a refund. But this is a small business run by one person, not a call centre: if something went wrong, say so and we'll sort it out.
None of this affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are set out further down and cannot be excluded by anything written here.
Nobody signs up. Guests use one link, and the organiser gets a second, private link. That private link is the only way back to an event, and it does the job a password would normally do:
The messages and photos you send remain yours. You give us permission to store them and display them for this event, and for nothing else. We don't use them for advertising, we don't show them to anyone outside the event, and we don't train anything on them.
Don't use Celebrer for anything illegal, for material that sexualises children, for harassment, for hate, or for anything designed to cause harm. We can remove content and close an event without notice if we believe it breaks these terms, and we'll report unlawful material to the authorities where we're required to.
The person who creates an event can delete any message, in seconds, for any reason. If you're a guest and want your message removed, ask them first — it's much faster than asking us.
Ten days after the event date, the messages, the photos and the event are deleted automatically and permanently.
This is not storage and it is not a backup. If you want to keep the photos or the messages, download the album before that date. The date is shown on your dashboard from the day you create the event, and we email you three days before. Once the deletion has run, nothing can be recovered — not by you, and not by us.
One exception, and it isn't your content. If you paid, we have to keep the record of that payment — the amount, the date, and the email address it was charged to. Australian tax law requires a business to keep its transaction records for five years, so we can't delete those with everything else. Your messages, your photos and your guests' names still go on day ten.
The soundtracks built into Celebrer are ours, and you're free to use them within the app at your events.
You can also play a song from your own device. That file is never uploaded to us — your browser plays it from where it already is. Because of that, it's your responsibility, not ours:
We work to keep Celebrer available and working, but we can't promise it will be available at every moment, on every device, or free of faults. We may change or withdraw features.
Because events matter and can't be repeated, we'd say plainly: if the show is central to your evening, open it and test it before your guests arrive. If it fails when it counts, the refund promise above applies.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded by agreement.
Where our liability can be limited by law, it is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
Subject to the section above, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Celebrer — including lost content, lost profits, or an event that didn't go to plan. We're not responsible for what guests send; that's between you and them.
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continuing to use Celebrer after that means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
